1) Sales Managers/Senior Sales Managers - International Markets
(US Shift)


(EXP Level: 3 to 7 yrs)


Position:
Epiance is looking for multiple Sales Manager and Senior Sales Managers to cover territories across the world,
including Americas, Europe and Asia. The positions are based in Bangalore and will require international travel.


Responsibilities:

Identifying and qualifying prospects
Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline
Negotiating and closing deals and delivering and exceeding agreed upon quarterly and annual revenue quotas
Building strong relationships with key executives from C on to project teams
Developing and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast information
Developing detailed and effective account plans and successfully executing the plan

Highly successful track record in selling enterprise software products or IT services internationally
An entrepreneurially oriented executive who can roll up the sleeves and deliver results consistently.
  Disciplined individual who is self-driven and dynamic and committed to helping achieve company goals and
  objectives
Track record of consistent over-performance of sales targets achievement
Good understanding of enterprise software sales cycles. Can lead a sales cycle; Good negotiator.
  Has understanding of and ability to develop value propositions for C level execs to project teams.
  Has understanding of business needs analysis and building business case for technology acquisition.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to listen.

Winning attitude, tenacious competitor, ability to work well in a team, willing to mentor others

High levels of honesty and integrity

Preferably a minimum of 5 years sales experience in software product or services sales with top organizations.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree preferred.
